Disneyland!

So we left for Disneyland on Christmas day.  It was so much fun, but it's all kind of a blur!  We spent the night at a beautiful condo in St. George.  We watched Brave in the theater room that night and it was surprisingly good.  We hit the road the next morning and arrived at our hotel in Anaheim that afternoon.  The new car DVD players were a lifesaver!  The kids sat through the ride really well!  When we got to the hotel, all Easton wanted to do was get in the hot tub!  And that's pretty much all he wanted to do every day we were there.
Thursday morning we woke up bright and early to get to Disneyland before it opened.

We used our Disney PhotoPass to get some family pics, but there were really only 4 pictures so we didn't want to spend the $100 to buy the disc.  You can see them online, but they made sure they are really low resolution!
The first ride we went on was Buzz Lightyear.  We all loved it and Easton was really into it.

We went on the Nemo submarine and some other rides before lunch.

Callan had such a hard time staying awake!

Easton and the sword in the stone.
We ate lunch on Main Street USA and decided to save spots along the curb for the parade.  Which was in 3 hours.
We took turns going on rides and saving spots and then watched the Christmas parade.  The same song played over and over again and we still can't get it out of our heads!

Safe to say our bums were SO sore after 3 hours.  We wanted to squeeze in a few more rides so we all kind of went separate ways.  I really wanted to take the boys to Toon Town, but we kind of got lost in the parade traffic.  By the time we got there the boys were out like lights.

The next day we got smart and decided to take them home for naps in the afternoon. We started out at California Adventure.  We tried to get into Cars land, but even before the park opened there was an hour wait just for a FastPass for 8:00 that night! We met Mr. Incredible, some went on Tower of Terror while others went on the Monster's Inc ride, and we went to the Disney Junior show which was one of the boys favorite parts of the trip!
We went home for lunch and naps and it was a great idea.  The afternoon was much more enjoyable!  We went back to Disneyland, did lots of rides and finally got to Toon Town.
Tea cups.  Tyson wouldn't go on it - baby:)
 Jungle Cruise

It's a Small World (Christmas style)

That night we went out to dinner at a yummy restaurant with my Aunt, Uncle, and cousins who live in San Clemente.  It was fun to see them!

More California Adventure tomorrow!
