Summer Lovin

I think summer is finally here!  We had some strangely cold days at the end of May that threw us off, but hopefully Summer is here to stay!

On one of those rainy days I attempted some Pinterest bathtub paint.  This was the one with corn starch and baby shampoo that you had to cook.  The kids loved it, but next time I will use the shaving cream recipe, cuz this was a little too much work for such a short bath.

Easton had his last day of preschool.  They were going to have a sprinkler party, but the weather didn't cooperate.  He sure loves these friends!
On Memorial weekend Tyson took my dad and JD fishing at Strawberry.  They didn't catch any fish, but brought home 2 crawdads for the kids.  That night we had a bbq for our neighbor's birthday and I thought it would be funny to put the crawdads in a gift bag just to see the kids' reaction.  The prank totally backfired because the kids loved them!  The girls wanted to keep them for pets so my neighbor had to put them in her pool and feed them hot dogs and lettuce until they left on vacation and we had to "take care of them."

We had another bbq last Saturday with neighbor friends and since Tyson had to work I tried to prepare the yard.  We've determined that our weed whacker has a serious problem since it slashed us both in the shins a week apart!
We got our Seven Peaks passes again this year from Grandma Page and we went as soon as it was warm enough!  The kids loved it!

Grandma and I got a killer quad workout in the lazy river. I was literally sore for 2 days.
Callan and Crew loved sharing the double stroller and they all enjoyed their Dippin' Dots.
I loved getting some snuggle time with Baby Kyler!  The boys call him Kyler P and Easton thinks it's hilarious.
Easton fell asleep on the way home and I couldn't wake him up for anything! Seven Peaks will wear a kid out!
While I was at work this week the boys got to play with Crew's water table.  They love playing at Crew's house!  I love that you can see their happy meals in the background.  That's the Thursday routine!
Cassidy graduated from seminary and high school.  We are so proud of her and her accomplishments.
Tyson took the boys to the Fathers & Sons campout last night.  Since we don't have a tent (or didn't until I sent Tyson to Costco this morning to buy RICE) they came home and slept in their own beds and went back for breakfast in the morning.

Tyson found a snake and Easton grabbed it so it wouldn't get away!
Ben's turn.
Today we had a shower for Kelsey and I can't wait for the wedding!  Two more weeks!
